✨ NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY ✨ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). If you reschedule your appointment two or more times within 24–48 hours, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments. Continued rescheduling after a deposit is required may result in being restricted from booking. ✨ RUNNING LATE? ✨ I understand that life happens! However: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a late fee. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may require your appointment to be rescheduled. I will always do my best to accommodate you, so please notify me as soon as possible if you are running late. The No-Show & Cancellation Policy may still apply. 🔥 EXTENSIONS 🔥 A consultation is required before booking any extension services. During your consultation, we will: Color match Discuss length and methods What the Investment looks like Answer any questions you may have Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be canceled and the consultation deposit will be forfeited. Installation Appointments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule Hair Policy: I do not reuse hair purchased or installed by another salon or stylist, as I cannot guarantee its quality or longevity. All extension hair must be purchased through me to ensure the best results and guarantee. If an exception is made, you acknowledge that I cannot guarantee the hair or its wear.
